In Nebida you can find 2 mini markets and a butcher in the mainstreet. You can easily go there walking in a few minutes. To find bigger shopping centers you need to go with your car in Gonnesa or Iglesias.
Is the house designed to accommodate disabled persons?
No, to access the house you need to walk up a staircase.
What is the layout of the rooms?
On the first floor you can find the living room, the kitchen, one bathroom with a bathtub, the backyard and the terrace with a wonderful sea view.
On the second floor you can find the master bedroom, two smaller bedrooms and one bathroom with the shower.

In the house you can find all the household appliance you need:

Yes, you can find it in the 2nd floor bathroom.

No, there isn’t.
Can we have lunch or dinner on the terrace?
Sure, you can take out the table you can find inside. If there’s risk of rain, please take back inside the table to avoid possible damages.
Is there an internet connection?
You can add it when you ask for your reservation. You can have 50GB to use during your staying (it’s possible to add more GB if you use all of them).
Is there air conditioning?
Yes, the house have an air conditioning system able to refresh all the space. You can find it on the 1st floor in the living room and on the 2nd floor in 2 bedrooms.
Do I have to bring bed linen and towels with me?
You can ask to have this additional service. You can have bed linen and 3 towels are at your disposal for each guest.
Where are the nearest beaches?
The house is inside Nebida. The small beach of Portu Banda is 5minutes by car and 20 minutes by walking.
Funtanamare and Masua beaches are 10 minutes by car.
You can easily reach Porto Paglia (south) and Cala Domestica (north) in 15-20 minutes by car.
There are places to eat nearby?
In Nebida you can find several bars, restaurants and pizzerias.
