The house is located in the quiet country of Nebida, inside the geomineral park of Sulcis-Iglesiente.
The house has anything you need to feel home: space, light, comforts and a wonderful sea side.
You can reach nearest beaches in 5-10 minutes by car.
In the neighbourhood you can find anything for your daily needs: 2 mini markets, pizzerias, bars, rotisserie, drugstore and emergency medical service.
The House
The house is about 150sqm in 2 levels.
On the 1st floor you can find the living room, the large kitchen, a bathroom with the bathtub, the terrace sea side and the backyard.
on the 2nd floor you can find the master bedroom, 2 more bedrooms and one bathroom with the shower.

The Livingroom
The large livingroom about 50sqm, opens onto the terrace with a wonderful sea view. There’s a dinner zone with a table for 6 (it can be extended) and a relax zone near to the fireplace.
The Kitchen
Large kitchen with a table, a small sofa, a LCD 40″ tv, Xbox 360, satellite decoder and all the household appliance you need:
Fridge (with freezer), oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, american coffee maker, blender, water heater, crokery.
From the kitchen you can access to the backyard.
The Backyard
The backyard is about 30sqm. There’s a drying rack, a barbecue and a spiral staircase to go upstairs.
The Terrace
The terrace is about 30sqm with canes cover and a sofà, for your relax time.

Master Bedroom
Master bedroom with 4 doors wardrobe, air conditioning and balcony with sea view.
Bedroom with two single beds
Bedroom with two single beds (we can push them together if you need it), wardrobe, air conditioning and balcony.

WiFi
You can add it when you ask for your reservation. You can have 50GB to use during your staying (it’s possible to add more GB if you use all of them).
Air Conditioning
The house have an air conditioning system able to refresh all the space. You can find it on the 1st floor in the living room and on the 2nd floor in 2 bedrooms.
Linen on Request
You can ask to have linen as an additional service. You can have bed linen and 3 towels are at your disposal for each guest.
Washing Machine
The washing machine is in the 2nd floor bathroom.
Tv
The LCD 40″ TV is equipped with a satellite decoder.
Xbox 360
You can play with a Xbox 360 consolle and several games.
Iron
In the house you can find an iron and an iron table if you need it.
Hair Dryer
There are 2 hair dryer in the house. One of them is fixed on the 2nd floor bathroom’s wall.
Coffee Maker
You can’t live in an italian house without a coffee maker! You can choose among different size. There’s an american coffee maker, too.

Nearest beaches
The house is inside Nebida. The small beach of Portu Banda is 5minutes by car and 20 minutes by walking.
Funtanamare and Masua beaches are 10 minutes by car.
You can easily reach Porto Paglia (south) and Cala Domestica (north) in 15-20 minutes by car.
Bars and Restaurants
In Nebida you can find several bars, restaurants and pizzerias. One of them is located on the panoramic walking seaview.
Panoramic walking
One of the most famous and suggestive places of Nebida is the panoramic view. You can enjoy a 180° sea view, the archeological site “Laveria” and the biggest cliff of the Mediterranean, “Pan di Zucchero”, 133 meters high.

“Avevo letto le recensioni di chi c’era già stato prima di dare l’ok per affittare la casa…ma quando siamo arrivati li… ci si è aperto il cuore!! Colori stupendi ci hanno accompagnato sulla strada per nebida le scogliere rosse che colano a picco nel mare blu, resti di miniere arrampicati qua e la e poi… l’arrivo alla casa, meglio della descrizione!! Abbiamo praticamente sguazzato nello spazio immenso della casa.
Come già scritto da qualcuno, dopo pochi istanti hai l”impressione di essere a casa tua.. non manca niente la casa è fornita di tutto e tutto è rigorosamente ben curato.
Consiglio vivamente la casa sia per lo stabile in sè sia per i proprietari che sono stati fenomenali!! Grazie di tutto e spero in un ritorno in futuro.”
Cette maison est vraiment très agréable à vivre ! Un vrai bonheur ! La vue et les couchers de soleil sont magnifiques. La maison reste assez fraîche. Les plages de Masua et de Funtanamare, à 7 minutes en voiture, sont très belles ! Sable fin et eau clair. Région superbe. Merci encore Valentino ! Edith et Nicolas
We had a lovely holiday in your home. The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. The airconditioning was greatly appreciated during the hot days :-). The house itself is a great place for a family of 5. Lots of space, cozy bedrooms, a large kitchen with all kinds of utensils and an oven, great.
The small town of Nebida is a beautifull little gem on top of a hill. Nice people there a few shops and restaurants and an icecream shop that also serves good coffee. And not to forget the pizza place Sosta e Gusta goood pizza and good service.
The beaches are close by, nice beach, good for swimming. In nearby towns and villages are great beaches too.
The surroundings of Nebida are great for nature walks through the hills, beautifull!
This area of Sardinia has now a special place in our hearts. We can recomend Nebida and your house to everyone.
Nous avons passé un super séjour dans cette Maison. Sur la terrasse la vue sur le Pan di Zucchero est magnifique; C’est là que nous avons admiré les plus beaux couchers de Soleil. La maison est très agréable, bien equipée et joliment fleurie. De la Maison on va à pied dans le bourg de Nebida où nous avons, en ce qui nous concerne, trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin. Nebida est bien située pour visiter la région de lIglesiente: on est a Massua en 5 minutes en voiture (petites plages en face du pain de sucre, accès à Porto Flavia), en moins de 10 minutes vous serez à la plage de Funtanamare et en 20 minutes vous êtes à la Cala Domestica. Nebida en elle même offre de beaux sentiers jusqu’aux ruines du vieux lavoir ou au dessus du village (sentier de montagne passant à travers la montagne par une courte grotte).
Nebida est un village authentique: j’ai eu le plaisir d’y rencontrer des personnes sympatiques. Personnelement nous avons passé deux magnifiques semaines dans cette maison.
Das Haus war mit den 2 Terrassen eine Wucht.Die Aussicht auf den Pan de Zuccero ist genau wie auf dem Bild-inclusive Sonnenuntergang!!!!!!
Die Zimmer sind schön eingerichtet.Der Platz ist gigantisch. Der Vermieter spricht ein wenig englisch und ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Einfahrt hat Platz für Anhänger und Motorräder. Die ganze Gegend ist traumhaft schön, jedoch ist die Verständigung oft schwierig.Englisch wird nicht immer verstanden.Im Dorf gibt es 2 kleine Supermärkte mit frischen Semmeln und Wursttheke.Der nächste große Supermarkt ist in Iglesias, auch Tourist-Info.Dringend durch die Innenstadt spazieren, schöne Häuser und Gassen.Kleine Eisdiele neben dem Brunnnen in der Mitte ist super. Buggeru hat einen tollen Strand und Hafen mit Gallery Henry. Alles ca. 30-45 Fahrzeit wegen der Serpentinen.Der schönste Strand für uns war in Masua, ca.5 Minuten mit dem Auto. Der Abschnitt am Strand über steile Treppen hinunter zur Bar Mitza. Dort fahren auch Ausflugsboote-nicht billig.Über eine steile Zufahrt kann auch ein Tempel besichtigt werden -Tempio di Antas. Schöne Anlage für Kaffeepause daneben.Von dort kann über einen Wanderweg mit Trampelpfaden die Grotte Su Manau erreicht werden.ca.1,5 Std.Wasser nicht vergessen. Jedoch auch mit dem Auto anfahrt möglich. Die Fahrstrecken sind durch die Serpentinen nicht zu unterschätzen. Die Straße vor dem Haus ist eng.Wir haben unser Auto vor einer alten Kirche auf einem freien Parkplatz in der Nähe abgestellt, ohne irgendein Problem. Ein kleines Auto geht bestimmt auch in die Hofeinfahrt. Wir waren froh hier die Motorräder hinter dem Gartentor sicher parken zu können. Einchecken mit sms der Uhrzeit klappt problemlos. Abfahrt wird vereinbart, alles total easy. Wir können dieses Haus jedem empfehlen. Trotz mehrerer Personen kann hier jeder einen enstpannten Urlaub erleben, ohne Platznot. Die Buchungs-Anfrage und der weitere Kontakt hat super geklappt. Wichtig – in Nebida sind die Geschäfte ab 13. Uhr bis ca.16.30 Uhr geschlossen.
